Dues, Fees and Assessments

The fiscal year of the Association shall commence on the first day of May of each year and end on the last day of April.

Each Association Member shall pay a $300.00 annual membership dues.  Notice of annual dues will be emailed or mailed postage prepaid, to each Association member of record, at his address as it appears in the LAKE DIRECTORY, or if no such address appears, at their last known address.  

A lien will be filed and maintained at Sarpy County on any Hanson Lake 2 property on which membership dues are not paid by May 1st of the current year and are considered delinquent on the date of the annual association meeting in June of the current year.  Additional fees will be applied to cover the costs of the lien.

Notifications of dues, assessments and delinquencies may be done by email, mail, phone, or in person as seen fit by the Treasurer.  In the event that a check is returned due to insufficient funds, the Association Member will be charged an additional fee equal to the amount charged to the association by the bank.
